O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end (holding the trade from inception to expiry) processing support to Treasury &
  Markets on Foreign Exchange, Money Market and Non-Deliverable Forward products across Singapore, Australia, China, Korea, Vietnam, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of trade validation, settlement, reconciliation, control checks, investigation and exception handling.
• Provide end-to-end support to FX CLS processes supported across Singapore, Hong Kong and Korea entities.
• Participate in initiatives, process improvements and projects to enhance processes and productivity, take accountability to ensure successful implementation thereafter.
• Perform data analysis and problem solving at SME level.
• Proactively seek opportunities to use data for further insights.

Requirements

• University graduate with minimum 1 year of banking operation experience, preferably with product knowledge in Foreign Exchange, Money Market and Non-Deliverable Forwards products.
• Experience in various operation functions which includes processing, reconciliation, settlements etc.
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint, Data Analytics, Design workflow.
• Proficient in Business Intelligence Tools and programming will be an advantage (Example:
  Tableau, VBA, Python).
