Job Title:
Agriculture Specialist
Location:
Kembangan, East, Singapore
Work Schedule:
30 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and experiments to improve crop production and quality
- Analyze soil samples and recommend appropriate fertilizers and treatments
- Monitor plant health and implement pest and disease control measures
- Manage irrigation systems and ensure proper water distribution
- Develop and implement crop rotation and cover cropping strategies
- Keep detailed records of crop yields, expenses, and other relevant data
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in agriculture
- Work closely with other team members to coordinate activities and projects
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
- Previous experience in agriculture or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of crop production, soil science, and pest management
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
