Job Responsibilities

  • Continuous development / enhancement for Digital Box Office (DBO) kiosk, for example improving user experience, new payment type, etc.
  • Onsite support on DBO hardware issues
  • Remote support on DBO customers transactions dispute
  • Quick Tix System and hardware (scanner) support for all Locations
  • Location PC, POS printers / tickets support
  • Support Cinema Autogate systems
  • Support Media Sales Advertising @ Digital Box Office (DBO) such as ticket banners, videos and images
  • Procurement of hardware


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a relevant certification
  • Minimum 3-5 years of IT development and support experiences
  • Strong development skills using PHP &
    Oracle database and knowledge in IT infrastructure/networking areas
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Process-oriented and good problem-solving skills
  • Experience with vendor management
