Position 1 :
Applications Engineer

- Customer Solutions:
Verify RFQs, design, and calculate solutions for explosion-protected areas. Create quotations, technical documentation, and drawings.
- Order Execution:
Support and monitor orders till shipment, coordinating with manufacturing and suppliers.
- Technical Support:
Provide technical, engineering, and design support to clients.

- On-Site Support:
Perform on-site troubleshooting and part replacements.

Experience &
Qualifications:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical or equivalent
- Minimum of three years' experience.
- Proficient with Remote I/O communication protocols and HMI on Windows OS.
- Ex-Atmospheres Knowledge:
Understanding of Ex-atmospheres, protection types, and zone classifications.
- Language Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Skills and Abilities:

- Customer Focus:
Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude and teamwork.
- Office Software Proficiency:
Skilled in MS Office, MS Project, and other office management software.
- Work Ethic:
Independent, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Position 2 :
Applications Engineer

Job Description:

Manage RFQs and TQs:
Provide commercial solutions for Switchgear, Lighting, and Automation.
Project Collaboration:
Ensure project designs meet quality standards and delivery schedules.

Core Duties:

- Design and Documentation:
Design mechanical and electrical layouts, control, and distribution panels per Ex standards. Create detailed drawings, wiring schematics, heat calculations, and BOMs using AutoCAD, ELCAD, Engineering Base, and Navision.
- System Innovation:
Innovate system improvements and resolve customer issues.
- Customer Interaction:
Liaise with customers to understand requirements and educate them on product applications.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work with various departments to ensure cohesive project execution.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, ELCAD, Engineering Base, Microsoft Navision, and SAP. Knowledge of explosion protection technology and certifications (ATEX, IECEx, NEC, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years in the Ex-industry preferred. Experience with low voltage systems in various sectors (O&
G, refineries, petrochemicals, pharma, etc.).
- Strong planning, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally.
