Architectural Associate

Responsibilities:

• To assist Managing Director and Directors to oversee projects
  
• To assist Project Architects in assigned projects
  
• To be able to liaise with internal and external parties for the good of the project
  
• To be able to perform any other job scope required for the good of the project
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent preferable recognised by Board Architects Singapore for Architecture assistant or executive positions
  
• Polytechnic Diploma in the related field or equivalent or NTC2/NITEC are welcome to apply
  
• Knowledge of local regulations and authority submission procedures
  
• 2-3 years of working experience. If none we will consider on-the-job mentoring.
  
• Proficient in BIM (Revit/ArchiCAD) is required, proficiency in 3D Modelling/Sketchup, AutoCAD/Adobe Photoshop/Microsoft Programs, or any basic architecture software that allows you to perform your job
  
• Able to manage projects and work independently (in due time) in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  
• Possess good interpersonal skills and is a team player
  
• Positive working attitude

• Good project management, leadership, and communication skills at all levels
  
• Have keen eye for details
  
• Able to independently or under supervision prepare drawings and or documentation at all stages of the project
  
• Only Singaporean and/or Singapore PR will be considered for this position
