Architectural Bim Coordinator/Technician

Responsibilities:

• To assist in preparation of BIM model and content for BIM Coordination meetings
  
• Adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria under the direction of Architect incharge
  
• Support project team and efficiency in workflow to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirements timely
  
• Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation
  
• Assist in updating BIM standard and template for the project
  
• Be familiar with BIM submission, regulations and guidelines
  

Requirements:

• Specialist Diploma in BIM/VDC preferred
  
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in building construction (Architecture), Singapore
  
• Knowledge of Authorities' requirements and overall project process
  
• Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am-6pm/9.30am-7pm
  
• Office location:
  Bugis, Singapore
