Requirements

Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
   
2. Managing and planning the construction project.
   
3. Prepration Quotation &
   Controlling the cost ofthe materials and labor.
   
4. Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress.
   
5. Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities, environmental agencies and federal entities etc to ensure successful implementation of the project.
   
6. Monthly project status reports and change orders.
   
7. To manage the daily operation of the project execution.
   
8. Advising the workers on the construction process and addressing their concerns.
   
9. Obtaining the construction materials and verifying them.
   
10. Scheduling the construction work of the day.
    
11. Ensuring that the project starts on time and ends within the estimated duration
    
12. Use current and existing AutoCAD software produce shop drawings
    

Job Specifications/Requirements:

1. Have prior 3 year working experience in construction industry (Interior Work / A&
   A upgrading Work)
   
2. Must possess good communication skills.
   
3. Relevant site experience.
   
4. Knowledge in Auto Cad, SKetchup &
   Microsoft office (Excel, Word).
   
5. Have excellent problem solving skills
   
6. Good team player and customer-focused with excellent communication skills
   
7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
   
8. Able to work under pressure with high initiative.
