We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Leader to develop Gore Medical business in new geographic (ASEAN countries). This position is to responsible for the Sales Leadership for Gore Medical Products distribution and selling in ASEAN. Ability to communicate in Thai is an added advantage




You will be responsible for:


  • Develop and execute ASEAN sales strategy aligned with Global Business Unit and regional strategic plan. Ensure that specific country sales strategy exists for each product and these are clearly communicated to the distributors.
  • Review, drive and manage effective sales channel and facilitating process with operations, Tender, Reimbursement, Channel team, etc.
  • Accountable for meeting or exceeding the sales forecast, runs a profitable territory business.
  • Accountable for developing and networking with key opinion leaders and ensure that key account plans are actively pursued.
  • Accountable for determining sales channels and facilitating this process with local teams.
  • Implement customer segmentation strategy.
  • Maintain proper relationship with key congresses.
  • Develop and execute on New Business initiatives.
  • Maintain level of knowledge in appropriate areas including competitive and clinical information.
  • Manage recruitment for new associate and ensure each new recruit is thoroughly and professionally inducted and trained.
