Telenor Asia in Singapore is set up as an ownership unit to oversee each of Telenor’s four main operating companies (OpCos) in Malaysia, Thailand, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Telenor Asia’s assets in Asia is valued at more than 8 billion USD and serve more than 200 million customers.


We are now looking for Asia Business Development and Growth, Program Director in ourPortfolio Development team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping strategic initiatives across leadership development, cybersecurity, technology innovation, commercial growth, and business expansion throughout our vibrant Asia markets!


As Asia Business Development and Growth Program Director, you will help us with:


· Growth:
Uncover and present growth strategy and prospects within Asia OpCo’s core business. You will have an opportunity to support our OpCos’s in critical pricing review, segmentation and base management, and channel strategies aligned with our growth ambitions in Asia.


· Partnerships:
Cultivate and nurture strategic alliances that accelerate business development and create substantial value for our OpCos. Collaborate with industry leaders to shape our future.


· Expert Collaboration:
Facilitate dynamic workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on cutting-edge topics like AI, Cybersecurity, and Digital ecosystems. Empower key stakeholders - including Telenor Asia Management Team, Investment Management Teams, and Asia OpCos’ top management team to make informed business choices.

We think you have the following qualifications and skills:


· Education:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics or Marketing.


· Experience:
With a minimum 5 years in relevant roles, including at least 2 years in top consulting firms or in Marketing units with specific experience in pricing and segmentation strategies.


· Mindset:
Embrace a growth mindset! Your solid background in the telco industry, spanning commercial B2C, enterprise B2B, digital ecosystems, and pricing, will drive innovation.


· Independence:
You thrive when collaborating, organizing, and leading projects independently. Your proactive approach ensures successful outcomes.
