The Social &
PR
division ofHavas Singapore (Socialyse / Red Havas) is looking for an Assistant Account Manager with at least 3-4 years of experience in integrated content and/or communications background (e.G. social media, public relations), preferably in an agency setting.


Reporting to one of our Account Directors, you will be leading a team of hybrid consultants responsible for planning and executing integrated social media and PR/communications strategies for a range of client accounts.




Main responsibilities:


  • Lead a team in developing and executing integrated social media and PR/communications strategies for a range of client accounts across sectors and scope (i.E. earned, owned, and paid media)


Responsible for tasks such as:


  • campaign ideation
  • content development (social media content planning, press releases, thought-leadership articles)
  • media pitching
  • crisis communications
  • community management
  • media monitoring
  • social listening
  • performance marketing
  • social media performance analysis, and more
  • Be at the forefront of relationships with key clients to establish mutual partnerships, and act as their brand guardian;
    understand their needs and business challenges to propose strategies that will help achieve their business goals
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of account operations
  • Support the Account Director in the management of client budgets, and financial invoicing relating to your accounts
  • Ad-hoc involvement in new business pitching


Requirements for this role:


  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines;
    or relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience with social media management and/or PR/communications;
    prior agency experiencewill be a plus
  • Understand content application across all major social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and/or the local (earned) media scene
