Our client is a well established entity in manufacturing and distribution of parts and components for Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)




Responsibilities:


  • Prepare consolidated accounts for the group, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement and relevant schedules;

  • Prepare/review statutory account for the group and ensure compliance with FRS and China GAAP;

  • Review and analyze monthly management reports, prepare monthly reporting for Management and Board's review;

  • Assist to prepare China Consol Group reporting on a quarterly basis;

  • Act as a"
    Technical Consultant"
    and provide technical support to finance team in subsidiaries;

  • Liaise with external auditors on audit/accounting issues as well as ensure that the companies meet and comply with all accounting, tax, legislative and regulative requirement;

  • Other responsibilities include budgetary control and report to CFO


Requirements:


  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in group reporting and consolidation, preferably in a MNC environment or an audit firm.
  • Degree in Finance/Accounting, ACCA or CPA.
  • Experience in project management will be an added advantage.
  • Strong ability in cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, preferably in Macros and V-look up.
  • Knowledge in accounting principles and guidelines (IFRS, China GAAP etc.).
