Primary Role


To sell banquet packages to achieve forecasted food and beverage sales and to plan and co-ordinate the entire event to ensure service standards.


Responsibilities


  1. Respond to sales enquiries promptly to secure sales
  2. Retain existing customers and develop new sales opportunities for indoor and outdoor catering services
  3. Plan resource effectively with internal departments to deliver excellent service to customers
  4. Be present on the day of the event to establish good guest relations, ensure smooth execution and manage any feedback
  5. Ensure proper documentation of sales contracts and suggest improvements to sales procedures
  6. Achieve department sales target
  7. Assist with the renewal of all F&
    B related licenses


Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time


Requirements


  1. Min Diploma with at least 4 years of experience in a similar capacity
  2. Service oriented with a positive personality and comfortable with interacting with people of all levels
  3. Positive personality, team player, resourceful and meticulous
  4. Ability to multitask and adapt to challenges of a fast-paced environment
