The Digital Marketing Manager is a creative and collaborative individual responsible for developing and producing engaging content spanning geopolitics, social issues, culture, art, food and drink, design, and member spotlights, with the aim of driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing

- Collaborate with teams to align content with marketing campaigns and overall calendar to promote programming and events

- Integrate relevant trends, cultural shifts, and timely topics into the content strategy

- Leverage trending hashtags and topics to increase visibility and engagement

- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly

Content Management

- Develop innovative content ideas that align with the club’s brand identity, values, and target audience

- Produce creative visuals (images, reels, videos) and compelling written content tailored to different platforms

- Adapt writing style to match the brand’s voice while maintaining consistency across channels

Production

- Skilled in photography and videography to tell a story

- Produce engaging video content ranging from short clips to longer formats

- Proficient in video editing and design tools is a plus

Job Requirements:

- Atleast 3 years of experience in a Social Media Marketing or similar role

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field

- Strong portfolio, experience with influencer collaboration and partnerships is a plus

- Deep understanding of social media platforms, audiences, and best practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving trends

- Interest in international affairs, food/beverage, lifestyle, and luxury hospitality

- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends
