Assistant Engineer (Software)

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Design delightful, animated, user-facing SCADA screens, so that information is shown correctly, easy to read and find
  
• Use of configuration tools to configure IO points to interface with field controllers
  
• Plan and perform in-house/on-site software testing activities, retrieve, and analyse log files, as well as assist in implementing technical fixes, patches, upgrades
  
• Timely report of work progress and issues to direct supervisor
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• Diploma in Engineering or any other similar disciplines
  
• Work or internship experience in any of the SCADA systems is preferred (Wonderware, iFix, Citect, Ignition etc)
  
• Able to work independently, meticulously and outcome driven with good eye for details
  
• Taking ownership of work products is a must
  
• Able to interact and communicate effectively with people of different levels and cultures, and provide timely delivery of assigned work
