Assistant Facilities Manager (North Region)

• Provide Facilities Management services. This includes preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management.
  
• Responsible of investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
  
• Supervise upgrading projects under your care.
  
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
  

Job Requirements

• Preferably Diploma in Estate Management, Building Maintenance or related fields.
  
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
