Assistant Field Service Engineer (Healthcare/ Hospital)

Purpose of Function

Ensure service assistance as directed (geographically, by product line, by task, etc.) for customer satisfaction and revenue and contract development to internal &
external customers

Responsibilities

· Performs installation &
provides basic technical training (knobology) prefered to have hands-on experience with Hospital infrastructure products (Pendents, OT Lights &
Medical Gas System, Airplant compressors)

· Performs warranty and corrective repairs / maintenance visits

· Feedback quality situation, market dynamics and issues from field to the Service management in his country

· Makes constant efforts for contract development and implementation of Service programs

· Strive to achieve Revenue Targets of Service department

· Makes efforts to achieve customer satisfaction and appreciation

· Provides support to sales and marketing for congresses, exhibitions, demos, workshops, etc

· To participate/take up Workplace Safety &
Health responsibilitiesas required by the company.

Requirements

· Minimum NTC2 / ITE or equivalent trade skill level/ Diploma in Electronics Engineering or Equivalent

· Related Experience

· Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience on infrastructure products, (eg:
OT lights, Pendent, Medical Gas pipelines system or Gas compressors) or with experience with similar electro - mechanical products.

· Skills, Special Competencies, or Certifications

· Microsoft office, other IT skills (networking, etc..) plus.
