- Manage daily finance operations, including AR, AP, cash flow, G/L, tax, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the accounting system for report consolidation and support
- Conduct financial analysis on business initiatives, providing insightful reports and analyses on financial performance
- Prepare financial projections, monthly management reports, annual budgets, and profitability analyses
- Facilitate monthly closing processes and transaction reconciliations
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and address financial queries

Admin tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and office management - Manage payroll, payment coordination, and company license renewals
- Undertake additional finance and accounting duties as needed
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance, and/or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting principles, GST, and corporate tax matters
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Word
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, capable of working under tight deadlines
- High level of discretion and judgement in handling confidential information
