  • Manage daily finance operations, including AR, AP, cash flow, G/L, tax, and bank reconciliations
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the accounting system for report consolidation and support
  • Conduct financial analysis on business initiatives, providing insightful reports and analyses on financial performance
  • Prepare financial projections, monthly management reports, annual budgets, and profitability analyses
  • Facilitate monthly closing processes and transaction reconciliations
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and address financial queries
  • Support HR &
    Admin tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and office management
  • Manage payroll, payment coordination, and company license renewals
  • Undertake additional finance and accounting duties as needed




  • Diploma in Accounting/Finance, and/or equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting principles, GST, and corporate tax matters
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Word
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, capable of working under tight deadlines
  • High level of discretion and judgement in handling confidential information
