Assistant It Manager - Sap Fico & S/4hana

Persolkelly is looking for a Premier Assistant IT Manager, skilled in SAP S/4 HANA &
FICO, to join our client at a renowned MNC in the Logistics &
Supply Chain industry
As the Assistant IT Manager, you will oversee long-term programs impacting business units or major projects, ensuring objectives are met within set constraints. you will manage resource allocation and lead diverse teams, exhibiting confidence and decisiveness in integrating and managing interdependent programs
Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing the program management framework to achieve cost, time, and quality metrics.
  
• Designing training programs to facilitate framework adoption across the organization.
  
• Supporting senior management in governance through audits and guiding project managers in framework adoption.
  
• Formulating integrated program plans, detailing activities, resource planning, and cost estimation.
  
• Collaborating with stakeholders to establish program goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  
• Reviewing plans to determine timeframes, funding, and completion procedures.
  
• Acquiring program requirements, including human resources and materials, and guiding project managers in aligning plans with objectives.
  
• Driving programs to meet schedules, budgets, manpower, and quality targets.
  
• Ensuring discipline in documenting scope changes, issues, and risks, and collaborating to resolve implementation issues.
  
• Overseeing team management, including budgets, work allocations, and staffing, and developing staff through coaching and mentoring.
  
• Establishing common goals and direction among staff and implementing performance management practices
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any IT related field or Computing Field
  
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and FICO modules, including implementation and integration experience, would be an advantage.
  
• Expertise in developing and implementing program management frameworks to achieve cost, time, and quality metrics.
  
• Strong skills in formulating integrated program plans, detailing activities, resource planning, and cost estimation
