Assistant Leasing Manager

What Will You Do:

• To source and manage suitable tenants for the food courts.
  
• To arrange and attend to potential tenants for site visits/viewings.
  
• Manage prospective tenancy proposal &
  negotiate lease recommendation with better terms with Management.
  
• To negotiate and process rental and other terms &
  conditions with potential tenants.
  
• To finalize and maintain leasing agreements including executing payments and agreements with tenants.
  
• To ensure tenants adhere to the lease terms.
  
• To prepare and submit updated reports periodically to the Management.
  
• To monitor all current and future vacancies for future occupancy needs.
  
• To establish and maintain good relationship with landlords.
  

What Do You Need:

• Must have at least 3 years of related working experience in F&
  B industry
  
• Proficient in commercial law and tenancy agreements
  
• Meticulous and able to undertake pressure to work within tight schedule
  
• Possess good marketing and negotiation skills.
  
• A good team player, who is independent with good communication skills.
