ASSISTANT MANAGER (ANALYTICS &
RESEARCH)

SAFRA is looking for a dynamic and skilled Assistant Manager (Analytics &
Research) to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Undertake the compilation, tracking, analysis and reporting of key indicators.
  • Manage and conduct training for staff/vendors with a focus on data analytics and usage.


Key Duties &
Tasks:


  1. Research Projects:
    Oversee internal and outsourced research projects, focusing on customer experience and personalized marketing. This includes proposing research methodologies, designing questionnaires, processing data, and reporting findings.
  2. Trend Analysis/Desktop Research:
    Analyse data from surveys, administrative sources, and customer feedback to identify new trends, while conducting desktop research to aid strategy formulation.
  3. System Development:
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain the data warehouse and marketing automation system.
  4. Data Management:
    Ensure the accurate, comprehensive, and timely provision of statistical data, maintaining all data reports/dashboards on the Data Warehouse for staff access.
  5. Capability Building:
    Enhance the research capabilities of internal stakeholders through training sessions, guiding HODs on research techniques/tools, and encouraging application in their work areas.
  6. Support for Meetings &
    Presentations:
    Provide support for various divisional meetings, presentations, and conferences.
  7. Additional Duties:
    Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.


Recruitment Criteria:


  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, market research, or a related field.
  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in one or more data analysis tools (e.G., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
    • Strong understanding of research methodologies and statistical analysis.
    • Have some experience in creating dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Nationality:
    Must be Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
