Assistant Manager (Casual Dining Restaurant)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees and manage café’s daily operation
  
• Recruit and onboard staff
  
• Train employee on drinks preparation and proper use of equipment
  
• Stock ordering and replenishment
  
• Inventory control
  
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensure customer’s satisfaction
  
• Prepare daily reports for the management
  
• Manage and plan staff’s schedule
  
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
  

Job Requirements:

• A professional education certificate in any field
  
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same role
  
• Independent, good leadership skills
  
• Excellent communication skills, service oriented
  

Other Information:

• Location:
  Central region
  
• Retail working hours, 5 days work week
  
• Salary up to $3300 + Meal Allowance + Bonus
