About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digitalization Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, cost savings, and innovation within our procurement function. In addition to digital transformation, the specialist will be tasked to work on systems enhancement, process improvement, and data projects This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify areas for digitalization, and implement strategic solutions to enhance our overall procurement performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess current digital processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  
• Develop strategies for digital transformation initiatives, including the integration of new technologies and tools.
  
• Adopt Gen AI, develop use case for organization.
  
• Evaluate and recommend digital tools, platforms, and technologies to support business objectives.
  
• Coordinate with IT teams to implement and configure digital solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  
• Provide training and support to users on the effective use of digital tools and technologies.
  
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the organization's goals.
  
• Develop price benchmarking tool to assist in economic trends and price reasonableness assessment.
  
• Use statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data analysis meets business needs.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Proven experience in digital transformation, data analysis, or related fields.
  
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  
• Experience with ADKAR or Agile methodology is highly desirable.
  
• Familiarity with digital tools and technologies such as CRM systems, ERP systems, automation software, etc.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  
• Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable digitalization strategies.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
