Overview
As part of the Group Capacity &
Command Centre team, the Assistant Manager, Group Resource Optimisation will be responsible to monitor and manage utilisation of NUHS critical resources as part of driving operational excellence. The incumbent will collaborate with various NUHS stakeholders from within the department to the respective institutions' operations teams to understand operational workflows and business needs, analyse relevant data and translate them into action plans for implementation.
Job Responsibilities

  • You will work in partnership within the Group Capacity &
    Command Centre team in the following areas:
  1. Assist to develop an end-to-end view of NUHS Critical Resources to drive optimization effort across cluster.
    Monitor utilisation of critical assets, and plan future capacity and resource requirements to support NUHS-wide capacity strategy.
    Oversee implementation of resource optimisation efforts across NUHS.
    Work with institution and department colleagues to understand operational practices, define data models, undertake relevant data analysis and translate it into implementable action plans.


Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in administration / project management.
  • Healthcare operational experience will be advantageous although not necessary.
  • Experienced in project and resource planning and management.
  • Proficient with MS Excel and adept at data analysis.
  • Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Resourceful and meticulous.
  • Ability to adapt to changing roles and priorities.
  • Proactive learner and Team player. Able to work independently and as a team.
