KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To develop and drive HR strategies to be in line with SANH’s vision, mission &
core values - To develop and supervise HR Planning and Organization, Training and Development, staff benefits, compensation and rewards to ensure human and organisational effectiveness
- Develop and maintain HR strategies and policies
- Provide HR advisory support
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Manage Payroll, compensation, benefits &
rewards - Manage performance appraisal process
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff well-being
- Maintain strategies to enhance harmonious staff relations
- Update policies and procedures as and when necessary
- Generation of Monthly HR report
- Assist in preparing the yearly budget
- Undertake any other duties as directed by the Executive Director
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Good knowledge of all core Human Resource areas like recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training
- Good knowledge of best practices in the area of Human Resources
- Good knowledge of Singapore labour law
- Experience in a non-profit set-up or healthcare industry would be an advantage
