We are looking for an Assistant Manager (Innovation Training) to oversee the programme execution of SingHealth-wide talent training initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders and advisors to assist in planning, administration, and implementation of innovation-related talent training programs. These programmes aim to nurture aspiring innovators, including clinicians, nurses, allied health personnel, medical students, and non-clinicians.


Your responsibilities will include leading the planning, administration, and execution of the Academic Medical Innovation InstituteInnovation Fellowship, based on inputs from multiple stakeholders. You will also be responsible for managing the application and selection process, as well as conducting briefings and activities for Fellows and other innovation-related events. Additionally, you will provide support for the planning and execution of other activities related to the functions of the Medical Technology Office, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and organisational policies and systems. Furthermore, you will assist in supporting selected medical technology projects with internal or external partners.


Job Requirements


  • Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Education, Engineering, Bioengineering, Biomedical Science, Innovation, or other related fields
  • Possess understanding of the medical technology ecosystem and the healthcare innovation landscape
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, budgeting, and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Knowledge of the healthcare innovation development roadmap will be advantageous
  • A self-motivated and result-oriented individual
  • Independent and able to meet assigned milestones within tight timelines
