Responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day operations within the department
  • Manage the department functional activities such as student applications, matriculation, progression enrolment and transfer students
  • To ensure all matriculation and processing of student passes are processed in a timely and equitable manner.
  • To work with Head of Sales and Heads of School to ensure all non-standard matriculation are processed within the set timeframe and to proactively escalate any concerns to the Faculty Heads.
  • Administer program entry/admission control
  • Oversee the Student database system
  • Checking and signing of student contracts
  • Liaise with various departments on ad-hoc student matters




Requirements:


  • Master/Bachelor Degree in Management or related discipline
  • Min. 5 years' relevant experience in the academic planning and management of education policies
  • Mature and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented
