Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations within the department
- Manage the department functional activities such as student applications, matriculation, progression enrolment and transfer students
- To ensure all matriculation and processing of student passes are processed in a timely and equitable manner.
- To work with Head of Sales and Heads of School to ensure all non-standard matriculation are processed within the set timeframe and to proactively escalate any concerns to the Faculty Heads.
- Administer program entry/admission control
- Oversee the Student database system
- Checking and signing of student contracts
- Liaise with various departments on ad-hoc student matters
Requirements:
- Master/Bachelor Degree in Management or related discipline
- Min. 5 years' relevant experience in the academic planning and management of education policies
- Mature and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
