We are searching for a reliable Assistant Restaurant Manager with Bar experience
- to supervise operations at our bustling restaurant and rooftop bar.
- handling day-to-day opening and closing duties
- coordinating group and private events
- appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members
- assisting the Manager in day-to-day operational tasks
- be able to address customers' feedback and queries in a swift, courteous manner.
- ensuring the good upkeep of the restaurant and that restaurant staff adhere to good hygiene and safetypractices.

6 days / week
