Job Requirements

• Possess at least 1 years of relevant Product Manager experience
  
• Experience in effectively managing internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, including technology and operations, regulatory and compliance teams, and merchant partners.
  

Job Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day monitoring of run-off situation
  
• Extract, compile and analyse data especially on mortgage loan based on lock-in trigger, interest rate
  
• Participate in discussions with Business Analytics to enhance our current propensity model and build a new pricing sensitivity model
  
• Make recommendation on engagement plan.
  
• Execute and track customer engagement campaigns
  
• Collaboratively work in cross-functional teams in an agile and robust manner
  
• Any other administrative work relating to mortgage portfolio retention.
