Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information (WKWSCI) invites outstanding academics to apply for faculty position as Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor in Health and/or Environment Communication.
Candidates should have scholarly expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Health Communication, Environmental Communication, Sustainability Communication, Risk Communication, Communication in healthcare, medicine and science. He/she should possess a vision for developing and leading interdisciplinary research projects and collaborations within and outside the department.
The successful candidate should possess a PhD degree in an academic area of health communication and/or environmental communication and a strong track record of research record commensurate with career stage (e.G., publishing in established peer-reviewed journals in the discipline, securing and managing externally funded research, organising conference panels and workshops), and effective teaching and training of undergraduate and/or graduate students commensurate with career stage.
Emoluments
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. The University offers a comprehensive fringe benefit package.
