Office of Population Health (OPH) aims to improve health outcomes of women &
children population in Singapore through engagements with multi-sector partners to create mindshare, as well as to develop, implement, evaluate and mainstream health promotion, disease prevention, early detection and intervention programs. OPH also oversees the various maternal and child population health programmes in KKH and supports MOH's and SingHealth in driving HealthierSG initiatives.
The Assistant/Programme Manager directly reports to AD OPH on the progress of assigned population health programs. He/She is also responsible to Programme Leads of assignedPopulation Health programmes to coordinate and support programme development, implementation, as well as scaling and mainstreaming where applicable.
The key role of the Assistant/Programme Manager is to oversee all administrative, operations, financial and support all essential functions of the Programme effectively and efficiently.
The successful candidate will be appointed as either Assistant Programme Manager or Programme Manager, commensurate with experience.
Job Requirements

  • Degree with 8 years of relevant experiences which include at least 2 years of managerial / supervisory experiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.E., Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good knowledge in excel for analysis. Having knowledge in eHint, tableau or other analytic software is advantageous
  • Good project coordination, foresight and analytical skills. Project management professional certification would be an advantage
  • Ability to handle dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking
  • Skill in organising resources and establishing priorities
