Assistant Sales Executive

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:

Create new sales opportunities and meet management objectives by identifying, qualifying and

successfully converting potential leads into orders and purchases.

Service existing customers and establish new accounts by scheduling productive meetings with such

clientele, as well as working closely with suppliers and consultants for related opportunities.

Participate in tender submissions, attend interviews when required, and carry out presentations to

potential clients and interview panels.

Work with the sales and project team to effectively manage projects where required, by ensuring

schedules, manpower, stocks and resources are available to complete such projects effectively.

Review technical drawings and designs with the team, to ensure feasibility and advise on corrections

where required, prior to project commencement.

Carry out drawing of line-diagram and schematics, as well as schedule timelines for client and consultant

approval throughout project life cycles.

Coordinate and supervise workers and sub-contractors on-site to ensure quality and safety of all works

carried out for each project.

Attend site meetings as and when required by clients and consultants.

Arrange and carry out product demo either in the office, suppliers’ premises and/or clients’ location.

Travel overseas when required, to carry out the above duties.

Constantly upgrade your skills by attending manufacturer and industry related training courses.

Most importantly, present a professional work attitude and maintain open communication with clients,

colleagues and management.

Requirement

• Min ITE Nitec (Electronics Engineering), or equivalent qualification
  
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  
• Aggressive, persistent, proactive and must be a good team player
  
• Candidate with knowledge in AV/IT/LED or control solutions is an added advantage
