Primary Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrates and promotes leadership behavior and engages employees at all levels on SHE issues.
    - Provides Technical expertise to IPT/COE’s on computerized/automation systems specifically.
    O SeaVision and laetus inspection system
    O Antares Serialization and vision inspection System
    O Vial and Syringe packaging lines
    - Performs Timely completion/resolution or effective continuous improvement, PMs and CMs but not limited to as follow:
    O System backup and disaster recovery
    O Obsolesce management
    O Data Analytics of frequent breakdown trending
    O Password management, Periodic review and user access review
    O SOP/WI/LST and PM updates/review
    - Provides Automation technical support for capital and other site projects.
    - Participates in field walk-down, including as-build P&
    IDs and HAZOP reviews, and completes. required action items Provides and maintains Automation/IT technical expertise of Serialization and Automated packaging lines using JIRA platform. If required provide cross functional or inter department training for knowledge sharing and retention.
    - Leads and applies MPS 8 step problem solving to effectively identify the root cause and implement effective CAPAs.
    - Participates in cross functional QN Investigation.
    - Maintains up to date knowledge and understanding of The System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and to guide implementation of the system and generation of the documentation.
    - Prepares and perform AIQ and AOQ qualification and testing documentation, ensuring documentation meets required regulatory standards.
    - Achieves cost effectiveness and product cost reduction targets set in the profit plan, with particular emphasis on IT/Automation and waste reduction.
    - Supports the implementation of IPI change control:
    impact assessments, executes field equipment modifications, performs reviews, manages project schedules, test plans, resource plans, vendor coordination and material purchases
    - Ensures that IPI change, PMs or CMs are planned to maximize production capabilities, ensuring they are closed in time, by managing project schedule and ensuring that manufacturing schedule is not impacted
    - Facilitates and manages automation vendors, ensuring that all contractors receive required cGMP, Safety, and role-related training required to work safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements
    - Implement and maintains site user assignments
    - Escalates any ongoing automation issues to the automation lead in a timely manner
    - Any other duties as assigned by the Automation lead


Education Minimum Requirement:


  • Bachelor’s in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical or Computer Engineering


Required Experience and Skills:


  • 3 to 5 years of technical experience in support Automation manufacturing industry and/or 1 to 3 years of technical experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
    O Antares Serialization &
    Vision system Knowledgeis a plus
    O Seavision system knowledge is a plus


o Packaging equipment knowledge is a plus
