Associate Executive / Senior Associate, Environmental Services

You will assist Senior/ Operations Executive in operations support on Environmental Services related services and handling of staff enquiry and ensure compliance with Environmental Services policies and regulatory requirements.
Your Job roles will include but not be limited to the following:
- Assist and provide operational support to Senior / Operations Executives
- Carry out preliminary activities related to operations and assist Senior / Operations Executives to carry out the works.
- Tracking of operational records to ensure works performed or delivered duty by vendors
- Participate in linen inventory conducted by the department
- Receive complaints/instructions and relays it to Senior / Operations Executives, concerned for actions and follow-up
- Attend to enquiries from internal staff and external personnel immediately and to provide appropriate advice
- Report to respective party on facilities fault/cleanliness
- Responsible to perform the administrative works required and maintain proper filling system for area assigned
- Assists in the administrative aspect of ISO's activities including the validity of licenses and NEA waste e-tracking
- Responsible for the maintenance of related quality records
- Issue and indent supplies and follow up for the timeliness of the delivery
- Assist supervisors in issues associated with the deliveries, stock and quality of the products
- Perform inventory check for department assets and update accordingly
- Purchase of consumables supplies and tracking utilisation.
- Collect date and monitor projects assigned which includes Service Quality feedback form, Pest Control report data entry
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Good communication, inter-personal and service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
