Associate/Senior Associate (Organisation Development And Engagement), Simtech

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive team member to provide essential support to our Organisation Development and Engagement (ODE) Team. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth and efficient operation of OD initiatives and activities by handling administrative and logistical tasks, coordinating engagement events, maintaining data and be a point of contact to our staff. Data Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of ODE initiatives, activities, and project timelines.
• Assist in data entry, organization, and analysis of survey results, feedback, and assessment data related to organizational development efforts.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Assist in drafting and proofreading documents, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Compile and format materials for presentations, workshops, and training sessions facilitated by the ODE team.

Event Management

• Coordinates with vendors and managers to organize regular team building activities
• Coordinates with internal Marketing Communications team on eDMs, posters, etc
• Raising of purchase orders

ODE Admin

• Works with employees to ensure internal processes are adhered to
• Any associated admin tasks as assigned

Any other task/initiatives as assigned
Job Requirements:

• Diploma in related field or business administration
• Fresh Diploma Holder, or 2-3 years' experience in human resources or administration
• Highly self-aware, self-regulated, and strong relationship management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and a keen problem solver
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast working environment
