Audit Assurance Partner / Associate Director

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Managing Director of the Singapore office, engaging in business development and identifying new business opportunities.
  
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for audit-related matters.
  
• Oversee and manage all stages of the audit process, including planning, risk assessment, and execution.
  
• Lead and support a team of audit professionals locally, ensuring accurate and high-quality work through guidance and training, managing a portfolio of audit clients.
  
• Review and finalize audit reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and clear communication of results.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy with a minimum of 12 years of relevant audit experience.
  
• Professional qualification with CA Singapore, Chartered Accountant of Singapore, authorized to sign off on Singapore audit reports.
  
• Relevant experience with large/medium size public accounting firms
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior business partners.
  
• In-depth knowledge of local accounting standards, regulatory reporting, and strong business judgment.
  
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and professional judgment.
