Automation Engineer, Senior (Project Management / Manufacturing), North

Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, cost, and implement mechanical, electronic, and digital processes to enhance efficiency and increase yield of the organisation, from idea to pilot phase.
  
• Provide guidance on Smart Automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  
• Establish process monitoring plans for consistent operations.
  
• Provide timely support to Operations and Quality Assurance teams, from pilot to production phase.
  
• Collaborate with partners to improve overall organisation’s capabilities.
  
• Any other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor or Master in Engineering relevant equivalent field of study.
  
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
  
• Knowledgeable/experience in CAD/CAM would be advantageous.
