Salary:
$2,550 per month basic

Duration:
1 year renewable contract

Location:
Sin Ming Ln, Singapore 573957 (MRT:
Bishan / Brighton Hill)

Working hours:
Mon to Sun, 5 days a week rostered

Timing:
either 7am to 4pm / 9am to 6pm / 2pm – 11pm (Only activate for urgent case, rarely)

Job scope:

• 
  
• This is not Call Centre job as this is a Customer Service role in the office where you will be handling email and making outbound calls when required to follow up
  
• Resolving enquiries from drivers which includes escalated cases – average 12 cases per day via a system
  
• Resolve cases via emails and do follow up calls only.
