Our team is operating under the brand Kings Cart Coffee. It is overseeing 4 different areas includes wholesale coffee bean, events, in-house barista, café &
retail.

Responsibility/Training:

Event / Office Bar / Cafe Operation:

To ensure that all operational duties by the team are completed on a daily schedule, ahead of time, efficiently and effectively.

Barista Skills:

Prepare coffee and other drinks in the menu according to SOP and ensuring quality is consistent at all times.

Team Work:

Create a positive working environment, providing efficient and friendly service whilst ensuring total quality experience for both customers and staff alike

Customer Service:

To provide excellent customer service and management and to ensure that all your staff understands the importance of such standards.
