Bartender

Bartender/ Barista are responsible to provide skillful and detailed preparation of beverages, in order to contribute to an excellent guest experience by following the restaurant's product standards. Ensuring that day to day bar operations and preparations are carried out following SOS, SOP’s .

1. Preparing beverages with consistency, quality and cleanliness.
2. Daily stock take.
3. Mise en place + preparing ingredients and equipment for service.
4. Able to explain, communicate and recommend guests about flavor profiles and beverage philosophy.
