Bartender

A two-storied modern Italian trattoria and rooftop bar based in Esplanade by the Marina Bay waterfront, open since 2013. Popular for our signature thin crust pizzas, pastas and grill dishes. With an open kitchen and bar that spans 12 meters across, this allows our chefs to enjoy a dynamic work environment, where the dining ambience and guests interactions could be observed.
Our level 2 Roof Terrace includes an organic herb garden, which provides a farm-to-table experience. Recently launched a brand new concept – ARKTOS GELATO with a cold dessert kitchen right next to the restaurant, where our gelatos are freshly made from scratch.
We are looking for a professional, high-energy bartender who is good with classical cocktails and creating exciting new beverages. You will also upsell items, create recipes, utilise proper equipment and ingredients, and handle other duties, such as
- preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- handling day-to-day opening and closing duties
- assisting the front-of-house team in day-to-day operational tasks
- ensuring the bar is organised, well-stockedandclean
