- Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and purchase patterns to identify untapped opportunities for growth.
Strategic Planning and Execution:- Develop and execute strategic business plans to penetrate new market segments and expand our customer base in Indonesia.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches tailored to the Indonesian market.
Partnership Development:- Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to strengthen our distribution network and enhance market penetration.
- Negotiate agreements and contracts with partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms and drive business growth.
Sales and Revenue Generation:- Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, promotional activities, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Relationship Management:- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to foster loyalty and support long-term business growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry with a focus on the Indonesian market.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans to achieve desired outcomes.
