Beauty Consultant Centre / Aesthetic / Training Provided

• Handle all pre/post procedure care, registration, and counselling.
  
• Prepare all necessary forms required prior to medical aesthetic procedures.
  
• Serve clientele in all aspects of treatments.
  
• Maintain order of patient cards and manage patient entries and appointments in the Plato system.
  
• Recommend and promote appropriate aesthetic treatments to patients.
  
• Assist in inventory, ordering, and database management (purchase order entry).
  
• Assist in maintaining quality service standards.
  
• Respond to patient inquiries (Phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook).
  
• Collaborate with the Manager and therapists.
  
• Perform other duties assigned by the doctor and supervisor as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous working experience:
  customer service, patient service assistant, healthcare assistant, clinic assistant, Ex Crew, and Guest Relation Officer.
  
• Customer-facing experience and interest in beauty and aesthetics are essential.
  
• Established and renowned Medical Aesthetics Clinic located in the heart of Orchard Road.
  
• Roles:
  Customer service, patient service assistant, Sales Consultant, Receptionist, Clinic Assistant.
  
• Experience in the beauty-related industry, nursing, medical or dental clinic assistance, hospitality, etc.
