Job Overview:

As a Billing Specialist at the Officer level in the relocation industry, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions related to relocation services. Your primary focus will be on billing, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

Billing and Invoicing:

• Generate invoices for relocation services provided to clients.
  
• Verify billing details, including rates, expenses, and any additional charges.
  
• Ensure accuracy in billing information and promptly resolve discrepancies.
  

Client Communication:

• Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries, payment status, and outstanding balances.
  
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns related to invoices.
  

Data Management:

• Maintain billing records and databases.
  
• Update client information, payment terms, and billing cycles.
  

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the finance team, operations, and sales departments.
  
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless billing processes.
  

Reporting and Accounting:

• Prepare regular reports on billing activities, outstanding payments, and revenue.
  
• Analyze billing trends and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Utilize strong accounting knowledge to reconcile accounts and ensure financial accuracy.
  

Compliance:

• Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to billing and invoicing.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  

Requirements:

• Min diploma/degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  
• At least 2 years of experience in billing, preferably within the relocation or logistics industry.
  
• Familiarity with billing software and financial systems.
