Responsibilities:

• Creation of BIM/CAD deliverables and ensuring their consistency and accuracy for the 3D information.
  
• Maintaining the Quality Assurance and Quality Control of models and drawings.
  
• Assist the BIM Manager and BIM Coordinator on working with site project teams, their consultants and contractors to coordinate BIM issues with design teams to develop and reinforce standards with the goal of refining the models and BIM deliverables.
  
• Integrate the BIM/CAD applications including Scheduling, Cost, Asset Management, and O&
  M programs into the BIM models.
  
• Reporting to the BIM Manager and BIM Coordinator. Minimum content to include:
  BIM Issue Tracker, Audit Reports results Status of Model Development, submittal/shop drawing integration, and project close-out requirements.
  
• Assist with the upskilling of existing CAD, Engineering &
  Project Management staff.
  

Requirements:

• Recognised relevant qualifications, and at least five years of BIM experience in managing civil &
  marine works.
  
• Strong in communication between cross-functional teams.
  
• Able to work alternate 6 days week.
