Bim Modeller Cum Drafter

- Must have experience in MEP drawing in M&
E industry

- Responsible for creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle

- Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information

- To create BIM models and build the BIM libraries

- Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes;

- To produceconstruction drawings and shop drawings using AutoCAD and BIM tools.

- Develop plan, elevation, section and detail drawings from the BIM/CAD with adequate detail

- Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines
