Bim & Vdc Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a group of BIM Leads, Coordinators and Modellers from design to Construction Stage.
• Plan, design, delivery and efficient management of the BIM Plan.
• Assist project teams in BIM Project setup, project work modelling and detailing.
• Manage and distribute project construction phase for submittals, construction models, shop drawings and schedules.
• Manage BIM Standards development, implementation, enforcement, modelling workflow and methodologies.
• Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all construction / shop drawings produced.
• Manage interferences between BIM models of different disciplines (i.E.:
  architecture, structure, MEP, etc.).
• Act as the intermediary between designers, clients and architects.
• Provide fundamental and intermediate training to BIM members and related stakeholders.
• Involve in project tendering.
• Well versed in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD)
• Produce regular updates on BIM implementation schedules and measure the effectiveness of the implementation.

Job Requirements

• At least a Degree in Architecture / Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or any equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of construction/civil engineering experience completing a project >
  $500M.
• Minimum10 years of BIM / VDC local project experience, completing a project >
  $500M.
• Specialist Diploma in BIM.
• Specialist Diploma in VDC.
• Well versed in various BIM Software such as Revit, Fuzor, Naviworks, Solibri, Bentley, VR Collab
• Well versed in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD)
