As the Brand Ambassador of the Maison, you will welcome every guests into the Chloe family, inspiring them with your excellent product knowledge, exceptional customer service and warm hospitality. As a Brand Ambassador, Chloé, you will

• be the Client Relationship owner, a trustworthy adviser and a reliable team player who thrives to provide the best customer experience and takes pride in developing long-term relationships.
  
• deliver strong business performance by achieving the sales and key performance indicators as well as CRM targets.
  
• transmit brand awareness through storytelling, and will keep yourself updated with latest trends and competitors’ activities, including but not limited to services, promotions and marketing trends.
  
• manage stock requirements to fulfil orders and align the visual merchandising of the store according to guidelines as well as ensuring proper housekeeping efforts are done on daily basis.
  
• comply with store guidelines and established policies and standards, and where required, provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  
• live our culture and values, engage with other Team Members on a personal and professional level, and strive for the over-all team’s success.
  

What you should bring along

• practical experience in sales or in a customer-oriented business, preferably with professional experience in retail luxury brands and established client base.
  
• good command of English, and ideally, a proficiency in an additional language.
  
• basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Point of Sales systems.
  
• strong teamwork, communication, and sales skills with the ability to understand the needs of customers with a wide range of cultural backgrounds through active listening.
  
• ability to work well under pressure to achieve business goals.
  
• openness to work in varied shifts between early morning to late evening hours and as per business needs.
