Resource Management Executive – Up to $4500

Duration:
12 months (Estimate date:
July 2024 or earlier)

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday (between 0830hrs – 1800hrs)

We are looking for a pro-active and dynamic individual, with experience in budgeting and resource management. You will be part of a team and partners with internal stakeholders to optimise resources and achieve value-for-money acquisition and partake in assignments that helps optimise the budgeting and resource management process.

Requirements:

• Has a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other relevant fields
  
• Possess good analytical skills and has effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage consultations with stakeholders on budgeting needs;
  
  
• Meticulous and independent worker who is able to deliver tasks with minimum supervision;
  
  
• Good time management and be able to meet deadlines;
  
  
• Experience in budgeting and resource management is preferred;
  
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.G. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP would be an advantage
