Job Description
- Conducting routine site inspections of the buildings/properties
- Basic knowledge of repair handywork such as electrical/plumbing
- Maintain and update listing of equipment maintenance schedule
- Might require to travel between properties (Transportation will be provided)
Job Requirements
- NITEC or Diploma in Building Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Facilities Management
- Must have basic electrical knowledge
- Able to speak basic English
