Business Analyst - Cards

On behalf of our client we are looking for Business Analyst - Cards to work on one on one basis on various tasks.

Role:

• This is a critical role in driving business improvements and strategic initiatives within the cards division, leveraging their extensive expertise to enhance our products and services.
  

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and user requirements.

- Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.

- Engage with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and marketing, to implement project plans.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

- Leverage extensive knowledge of the cards industry, including credit, debit, and prepaid cards, to drive product development and enhancements.

- Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, issues, and performance metrics.

- Perform data analysis to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project outcomes.

- Utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 5 years specializing in the cards industry.

- Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects within the financial services sector.

- In-depth knowledge of cards products, systems, and operations.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance related to the cards industry.
